About the event
My Sonshine Foundation is excited to host its 5th Annual Fun Run/Walk! We will also be celebrating what would have been Amari's 24th birthday - so there will be surprises in store! This annual fundraiser enables us to continue supporting homeless and underprivileged students, adults, and families. This sponsorship supports 'The Sonshine Bags' at Evoline C. West Elementary School, enabling us to continue providing food for the weekend for students in need. 40 students were supported weekly during the 2025-2026 school year,. This sponsorship includes eight participants, two VIP parking spaces at the event, a name or logo displayed on promotional event materials, a special feature on the foundation's website, and an opportunity to make remarks at the event or post a video on our website.

The dinner is held semimonthly (on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays) at Warren Memorial United Methodist Church. On average, 60-80 guests are served. This sponsorship includes two participants and a name or logo displayed on promotional event materials and the foundation's website.
